Breakdowns
1. We need your bike model and number plate.
2. We need your accurate location.
3. We need to know if the bike can be moved. Starting / Driving.
4. We need to know what you think is wrong.
5. We need to know if you crashed / dropped the bike.
5. Take a video to help explain the issue.
It is common for clients to crash / drop the bike and not tell Tigit. This causes us to skip out the first steps of diagnostics and can delay finding a solution to the problem.

Crashes
1. We need your bike model and number plate.
2. We need your accurate location.
3. We need your condition, are you able to drive.
4. We need to know if the bike can be moved. Starting / Driving.
5. We need the honest truth about what happened.
6. We need to know if it was a solo crash, or others were involved.
7. Do you have a license, do you have an international drivers permit?
Bending the truth will drag events out and cause a lack of trust with police negotiations if the situation arises. We are on your side, but we need the truth!

What to do:
1. Move away from the crash scene if possible. Head to a coffee shop or other resting place.
2. Find a helpful looking local, wave them down and put them on the phone to us.
3. We can not send emergency helicopters, so every solution begins with a local. There are always locals around even in the extreme and remote countryside. Find a local!
4. Locals are nice and helpful... but do not trust locals, listen to our support staff and follow every instruction we give. Do not trust advice of villagers, police, hotels..

What not to do:
1. Never leave the motorbike with a local without Tigit talking to the local.
2. Do not abandon the motorbike on the side of the road.
3. Try and avoid the police getting involved. Try and avoid the police taking the motorbike.

How to get the motorbike back to Tigit:
1. Stay with the motorbike at all costs. If you leave the motorbike with locals or the police, it can be impossible for Tigit to retrieve the motorbike.
2. Call Tigit.

Things to consider
1. Locals are helpful, but they also expect and deserve "coffee money" for helping out. Be respectful and be willing to pay to get out of difficult situations.
2. Without your help and cooperation, it is very difficult for Tigit to retrieve the motorbike.
3. We need you to stay calm. We want to get both you and the motorbike out of a bad situation as quickly as possible.

How to push a motorbike
This video explains how to push a motorbike. Hopefully you can do it, but if not, a local can! This is the quickest and easiest way out of a difficult situation!
